MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING (Large Residential Home)

The price listed is our starting rate for a standard move-in/move-out clean based on a Large residential home — usually around 220 to 400+ square metres with (Commonly 4–6 bedrooms, 2–4+ bathrooms (including en-suites, powder rooms), 2–3 (may include a basement or split-levels) Storey, open-plan living/dining/kitchen, double or triple garage)

If the property needs extra attention, no worries at all — we can absolutely help! In those cases, we simply add extra time at $40 per hour. For unique situations, we may recommend a quick on-site visit or a custom quote to make sure you're only paying for exactly what you need — no surprises!
